Policies: All rooms are non smoking. Deposit equal to one nights stay per room is required on all reservations.
Pet policy: Cabins, There is one cabin that we will accept dogs in, the cost is $10/night for each dog and they can not be left in the room unattended, no barking. The owner is responsible for the full cost of any damages done by the dog.

Regular discounts are given for AAA, AARP, active military personnel
Cancellations-Cabins: Cancellations prior to 14 days arrival....refund of deposit less $25.00 fee; Less than 14 days before arrival there is no refund. Groups of 3 or more cabins- there is no refund of deposits.
Cancellations-RV Sites: Cancellation prior to 7 days before arrival...refund of deposit less $5.00 fee. Less than 7 days before arrival, there is no refund. No refund for cancellations of groups of 3 or more sites.
