Daily: $ 80.00 per night (weekly $480.00)
Weekly: $480.00 (pay for 6 nights…get the 7th free!)
Monthly: $1000.00 – No Tax (May-October)
Policies - cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival there is a $25 fee; 14 days or less before arrival, you will be charged either one nights stay or the deposit will not be refunded. There is NO refund for cancellations on holidays.

RV Site Rates - Open all year! • Guaranteed Sites only for weekly or longer stays
Daily: $36.00/site (Daily and Weekly Sites are full hook-ups, which includes cable, water, sewer, & electric)
Weekly: $216.00
Monthly: May – September $450.00 + electric (metered)
October – April $375.00 + electric (metered)
Allowed per site: 1RV and 1 auto extras are $25.00/month
Annual rate: $2400.00 (includes May - September stay and October - April storage) electricity is metered. The full amount is due on May 1st each year. (Only sites that are closed in the winter) No refund and it is nontransferable.
*Cancellations of RV site reservations prior to 7 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded less $10.00. Deposits for a month or longer stays are not refunded unless they are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
For groups taking four or more cabins and/or RV sites there are no refunds of the deposits and 14 days before arrival you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. It will be charged to the guarantee credit cards.

RV site: 1:00 PM and check out is at 12:00 PM
